Subscription Policy

Subscribe and save on your favorite clean candle refills. 

Subscription orders will be charged on the same day as your first order every month. For example, if you place your first subscription order on June 24th, your next charge will be July 24th. Orders will ship within 72 hours of your charge. 

Subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime in your customer account. If you cancel and then start a new subscription, your shipping date will be based on the newest subscription. 

If you would like to change your subscription product to another product, please email nettie@candlestork.com and we will update your subscription.
