Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Candle Stork purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may contact us for an exchange (must be a product of equal or lesser value) within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Used candles may not be exchanged. We have learned that sense of smell is very subjective, and although we want to satisfy everyone, it is not always possible as a small business. 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, and in its original packaging. You must also include the order number as proof of purchase when you file an exchange. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at nettie@candlestork.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 45238 U.S. Hwy 41 Cabin 4, Chassell, MI 49916 . Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos of the damage in your message.
